Taylor B. Downs

Taylor B. Downs is a native of Martinsburg, who learned about hard work and results from a young age by helping his grandfather on the family farm and orchard. After graduating from Martinsburg High School, Taylor earned a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Political Science from Shepherd University. Taylor went on to earn a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2011. Since graduating from law school, Taylor has focused on representing injured individuals throughout the State of West Virginia.
