About Taylor
Taylor Kruse is an associate with the firm. Her practice areas of focus are construction law, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Kruse was an experienced prosecutor who has tried over 40 cases to a jury. Mrs. Kruse has single-handedly worked cases ranging from financial crimes, crimes against the elderly, crimes against children, sex crimes, drug and sex trafficking crimes, and homicides. Mrs. Kruse also has taken complex cases before a grand jury, handled appellate cases, and has experience litigating complex dispositive motions. Following law school, Mrs. Kruse clerked for the Colorado Supreme Court for the Honorable Chief Justice Coats.
