Teal M Parham

Teal was born and raised in the Puget Sound area. She graduated from Olympic College with an AA in 1986, and from the University of Washington with a Baccalaureate of Arts in Business Administration in 1988. Moving south in part for the sunshine and large legal market, Teal earned her juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992. Following law school, Teal worked as an attorney for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals in Long Beach, California.
