About Ted

Ted A. Novick, Esq. is an accomplished New York negligence attorney with more than 30 years of trial experience. Ted is passionate about the law. Ted has successfully represented clients who have been harmed by a physician or hospital’s malpractice and those who have been injured by someone else’s negligence. He oversees the navigation of every client’s case through the office, ensuring it is protected and handled effectively and efficiently. Among his vast responsibilities, Ted handles the depositions and prepares every case for trial, overseeing witnesses and experts, as well as lining up medical research and coordinating legal and medical arguments. He began his career at the Westchester County Attorney’s office from 1990-1996. From 1996 to 1999 Ted worked for two Park Avenue firms in NYC. In 2000, Ted formed Gaines, Novick, et al., LLP. In 2021, Ted left Gaines, Novick, et al., and formed the Law Offices of Ted A. Novick, Esq., P.C.
