About Ted
Ted Engel was born and raised in Corning, Iowa, and earned both his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Law Degree from Drake University. He began practicing law in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1990. Ted has extensive experience in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law, having represented hundreds of individuals in these areas. He is a certified Family Law mediator. Since 2011, he and his partner Rod Maharry have developed a Property and Probate practice in their Corning, Iowa office, where they also own Corning Title Company.
