Terrence J. Paulk grew up in Irwin County, Georgia. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Valdosta State College (now Valdosta State University) and his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from Mercer University. He began practicing law in 1978 and opened his Fitzgerald, Georgia, law office in 1980. He conducts a general practice of law and trial law, with over 40 years of experience.
