About Terry

Appellate attorney Terry D. Horner graduated from New York University with a B.A. in history, and continued his education at Brooklyn Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 1981. Terry has handled more than 160 appeals and hundreds of motions at all levels of the New York State court system, and is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern, Eastern, and Western district federal courts.
