Terry F. Brady is a partner at Brady & Kunz, P.C. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Camden in 1981. After law school, he clerked for The Honorable Ralph V. Martin, J.S.C. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His practice areas include Municipal Law, Land Use Law, School Law, Real Estate, Municipal Court, Estate Litigation, Real Estate Property Tax Appeals, Family Law, and Criminal Law.
