Terry Caves has practiced law with Caves & Caves, PLLC for 40 years. He has extensive experience in real estate closings, complex real estate transactions, real estate litigation, contract law and litigation, school/education law, bond issues, bond financing, government law, administrative law, wills and estates, family law and banking law. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1983 and is a partner. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Mississippi in 1980 and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 1983, graduating cum laude. He is a member of the Counsel of School Attorneys and the Jones County Bar Association. He is a title insurance agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company, and is 'Best Practices' certified.
