Theodore B. Kmiec III

Ted has been a practicing attorney since 1987. He spent 10 years as an Assistant States Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience in felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic cases. After entering private practice in 1998, he co-founded Kmiec and Noonan LLC in 2003.
