About Theodore
Theodore C. Miloch, II brings over 30 years of litigation experience to Vastola Legal. He represented both individuals and corporate clients in complex commercial disputes, business torts, contract claims, insurance defense, family law, and estate matters. He also has extensive experience handling trucking litigation and the enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has been recognized by Florida Trend magazine’s Legal Elite for his work in commercial litigation. Mr. Miloch is a former President of the Dade County Defense Bar Association and remains active in legal and community organizations.
