Theresa Finn Dever is a partner of the firm. A cum laude graduate of Harvard College, Ms. Finn Dever earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to beginning her litigation practice, Ms. Finn Dever served for a year as a law clerk and then as chief law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. For five years from 1995 through 2000, Attorney Dever worked as an attorney in the Trial Department of Perkins, Smith & Cohen in Boston specializing in employment law. Attorney Dever joined Riley & Dever in Lynnfield, Massachusetts in 2000 where she works on matters of civil litigation specializing in employment law. In her practice, Ms. Finn Dever has represented business and non-profits in all matters of employment issues, including all aspects of human resources matters. She advises clients in wrongful termination and harassment claims and has represented clients in discrimination complaints before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the EEOC.
