Thomas Daly is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, Newark. Thomas is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. While in law school, he worked for the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and a plaintiff's employment litigation firm. Additionally, Thomas served as Publication Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and as a Research Assistant in the Corporate Law and Governance field. Prior to attending law school, Thomas worked as a Data Analyst for a national employment defense firm, supporting attorneys handling federal compliance matters on behalf of corporate clients.
