Tom Rottinghaus has practiced civil litigation in Kansas City for 22 years. For the first 15 years of his career, Tom’s practice primarily focused on the representation of one of the nation’s largest hospital systems, representing hospitals and health care providers in professional negligence cases and commercial litigation.
