Thomas Degan Jr. joined Maxwell Graham in 2015 after spending 15 years working for a small Seattle law firm. Tom's past experience includes everything from representing clients cited for speeding to representing large corporations in multimillion-dollar lawsuits before the Washington Supreme Court. He is passionate about helping his clients obtain justice and is skilled at all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial. He completed several jury trials while working as a public defender at Gonzaga University.
