Thomas E. Carroll

Thomas E. Carroll received his B.S. degree in 1969 and his M.A. degree in 1971 from Western Kentucky University. He taught advanced Math, Physics and Chemistry before enrolling at University of Louisville College of Law in 1972, receiving his J.D. in 1974. He began practicing law in 1975 and has served as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and Wayne County Attorney.
