THOMAS E. MONAHAN

Mr. Monahan has been an attorney since 1976. Since the mid-1980’s he has practiced primarily in the area of defense counsel for government entities. These entities include but are not limited to the Ocean County Joint Insurance Fund, South Jersey Transportation Authority, the Garden State Joint Insurance Fund, and other private insurance carriers.
