Thomas F. Fay has over 50 years of legal experience, practicing in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He was named Trial Lawyer Of The Year in 2001 by the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D. C. for his work on civil remedies for terrorism victims. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and received a Special Commendation from the Civil Justice Foundation Award in 2002.
