On May 5, 2022, we said goodbye to Judge Thomas F. Shebell Jr., an incredible mentor, guide, friend, and father who had a tremendous legal career. Born in Asbury Park, N.J., Judge Shebell received his B.A., an LL.B. and J.D. from Rutgers University, where he was President of the Student Bar Association and President of Phi Delta Phi. He later received his L.L.M. from the University of Virginia Law School.
