Thomas J. Carroll is a Founding Partner of Carroll Papp & Cunabaugh, P.C. His practice areas include Criminal Law, Estate Planning (with an emphasis on Special Needs Trusts), Real Estate, and Family Law. He is also a court-appointed Mediator and Guardian ad Litem. Admitted to practice in Illinois in 1988, he is also admitted to federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Tom is a Past President of the McHenry County Bar Association.
