Thomas J. Nemia

Thomas J. Nemia is a trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates on personal injury defense litigation on behalf of the firm’s commercial and municipal clients. Mr. Nemia has tried numerous jury and non-jury civil and criminal cases to verdict. Previously, he was an assistant prosecutor with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City, New Jersey where he specialized in all major violent crimes.
