Thomas J. Ueberschaer is the founding attorney, practicing law in Northwest Florida since 1994. He litigates cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and social security disability claims. He is a member of the Board of Governors for Florida Workers’ Advocates, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Justice Association. He graduated from Binghamton University (B.A. 1990) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1993). He is fluent in German and actively involved in community charities.
