Mr. Plaitano is a shareholder and co-founder of Westmoreland Injury Lawyers, L.L.C. For over 36 years he has dedicated his legal career to the representation of injured individuals in worker’s compensation cases, disability claims, defective medical devices and pharmaceutical defective/recalled drug litigation. He has successfully represented over 6000 injured clients and is licensed to practice in both State and Federal District Courts. He is also deeply involved in community service, fighting addiction, and workforce development.
