Thomas L. White, Jr.

Thomas White is a native of Raleigh, N.C. He earned his degrees from the University of North Carolina. He was admitted to bar in North Carolina in 1970, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina in 1978, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit in 1984. Mr. White served as Town Attorney for Nags Head, N.C., as well as the Town of Southern Shores.
