Tom Bowes was born in Elmira, NY in 1980. He earned an Associate’s Degree from Corning Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from SUNY Buffalo, and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 2004. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Chemung County, worked at the Law Office of Thomas W. Reed II, PLLC, and was a part-time prosecutor for Steuben County and a part-time assistant public defender. In 2012, he became a partner at Yorio, Ferratella & Bowes, handling real estate, wills & estates, personal injury, municipal, family, divorce, and contract litigation.
