Thomas M. Tupper was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1988 (inactive) and the Michigan Bar in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Michigan and the United States Federal District Court, Western District, and is a member of several professional associations.
