Thomas Minkin

Until his retirement in 2024, Tom was a senior litigator at Peter Angelos Law for over 58 years. Currently, Tom is Of Counsel to the firm and serves as a mentor and union liaison. During his time with the firm, Minkin established and led the product Identification department, which was largely responsible for the firm’s many multi-million dollar verdicts. Minkin formerly served as chairman of the Baltimore County liquor board for 8 years.
