Thomas O’Toole

Thomas O’Toole graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 1982. In 1986, he graduated from the Catholic University School of Law. Later that year, he joined the New York firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon’s in the corporate department.
