Thomas Q. Winter

About Thomas

Thomas Q. Winter spent 25 years in the medical field before expanding into law. He graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine with his Doctor of Medicine in 1967 and was certified by The American Board of Radiology. He later graduated from Empire College School of Law in 1990. He represents victims of medical errors, surgical mistakes, and other personal injury accidents. He is licensed as both a physician and an attorney.
