Mr. Marafioti has nearly 20 years of experience in representing insurance companies in general liability matters, toxic tort claims, personal injury, and automobile liability litigation. He has also represented parties to real estate transactions as well as lenders to real estate matters and assisted clients with trust and estate planning. While he continues to practice in the New York City area, he has managed the Upstate New York office of Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC since 2016. Mr. Marafioti was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees for Light Hill/Canandaigua Comfort Care Home. Tom extends his wealth of expertise to impact his community of Canandaigua, New York.
