Tom Springer is a Kentucky trial lawyer with over 24 years of experience in State and Federal courts. He represents clients in personal injury, workers' compensation (including Black Lung and Cumulative Trauma), social security disability, and civil tort claims. His practice also includes corporate and real estate law, serving as general counsel for First United Bank and Trust Company and the Sacramento Deposit Bank. He earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law in 2000 and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 1997. He is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Kentucky, Kentucky Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Western & Eastern Districts of Kentucky, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
