About Thomas

Thomas Keating has been practicing law for more than forty-two years, primarily in the fields of trust, will and estate planning, probate and trust administration, and municipal/government law. In the field of wills, trusts and estate administration, Mr. Keating is proud to have served multiple generations of clients. He has handled several estate and trust litigation disputes in the Court system. Mr. Keating also serves as an arbitrator for the Cincinnati Bar Association arbitration service in several areas of law. Early in his career, Mr. Keating was elected to the Sharonville City Council. He has provided local governments, including cities and townships, with legal services for over thirty years. He has been a presenter at government training sessions at State and national conferences. He has also made numerous presentations at estate planning, probate avoidance, guardianship, and Medicaid planning conferences. During his college days, Mr. Keating played on the Loyola of New Orleans basketball team. He subsequently spent many years coaching youth basketball for CYO boys and girls teams.
