About Thomas
Thomas Bevan is a founding partner of Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc., specializing in the representation of working and wrongfully injured individuals across the State of Ohio. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio and earned his law degree from University of Akron, School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, the federal court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. He was selected to Super Lawyers by his peers in 2016. Tom has a special interest in representing past and present rubber workers, auto and aerospace workers, boilermakers, and tradesmen exposed to asbestos and other toxic chemicals and substances. He was the first attorney to win a jury trial in Summit County on behalf of a former rubber worker who died from asbestos-related cancer.
