Founding Partner Thomas W. Toolis, a Chicago native and University of Illinois at Chicago accounting graduate, earned his Juris Doctor from Kent College of Law. He specializes in bankruptcy, corporate law, and real estate, having discharged over $50 million in debt and aided over 500 corporations. Thomas also focuses on estate planning, including special needs and life insurance trusts, and previously served as President of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce.
