Tiffany was born and raised in small-town Shepherd, Texas. Raised by two educators, her parents instilled in her the values of diligence and compassion from an early age. Tiffany’s journey toward becoming an attorney began at Sam Houston State University, where she distinguished herself in the Honors College, earning a perfect 4.0 GPA.
