Tim Cowart is an attorney with over 28 years of experience practicing law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston in 1993 and 1997, respectively. Licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 1997, he established his practice in the Highland Lakes area. His primary areas of practice include Criminal Law, Family Law, CPS, Adoptions, Juveniles, Wills, Probate, and Personal Injury. He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Highland Lakes Bar Association, the Chambers of Commerce in Llano and Marble Falls, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He also served two terms on the State Bar Grievance Committee. A native of Houston, he resides in Horseshoe Bay and actively supports local school sports and the community.
