Tim Hayes

About Tim

Timothy Hayes is a cofounding partner of Bishop & Hayes, with deep ties to the Ozarks. He attended Evangel University and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and a Moot Court Competition award winner. Tim began his legal career handling personal injury claims and litigation in the Pacific Northwest before returning to Springfield, MO, to establish Bishop & Hayes with Brad Bishop. He has over 20 years of experience in civil auto accident litigation. Tim proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom and has led numerous medical/aid missions to war zones. He is committed to serving his clients, community, and those in need, fighting for the injured against big insurance companies.
