About Tim

Tim Snedaker has been a Florida licensed attorney since 2009, handling thousands of cases involving accidents and insurance disputes for injured persons and businesses. He has successfully argued hundreds of summary judgment hearings and participated in multiple jury trials. Tim is a dedicated advocate for his clients, thoroughly researching law and facts to achieve the best possible results. He grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an articles and comments editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. Before co-founding Snedaker Law, he was a partner at a South Florida law firm representing clients against insurance companies. Tim relocated to Central Florida in 2019 with his family. He is married with three children, three cats, and one dog, and volunteers as a youth sports coach and attends college football games.
