About Timothy
Timothy C. Boller is an attorney at Weilein & Boller PC, practicing defense in medical malpractice, health law, municipal law, employment law, and personal injury cases. He is an honors graduate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1981 and has over 40 years of experience. He has received numerous honors and distinctions, including an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has also served on the Board of Governors of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Jury Instructions Committee, the United States Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel, and the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission.
