About Timothy

Representing victims of negligence since January 2020, Timothy Kenison brings a wealth of knowledge and insight from his experience defending hospitals and medical providers for the benefit of GOLDLAW clients. Timothy Kenison also has the unique experience of having been both a trial attorney and appellate attorney, and he is as passionate about trying a case in the courtroom as he is with legal research and writing at his desk. A graduate of the University of Florida and the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Timothy Kenison began his career in 2004 at the Office of the Public Defender, 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach. Over the course of six years, he tried as a first-chair sixteen (16) felony jury trials to verdict, which included charges of capital sexual battery, sexual battery with force, and carjacking, making him eligible for criminal trial board certification before he switched to the civil bar. GOLDLAW is excited to have this veteran of the personal injury trenches fighting for the firm’s clients.
