About Timothy
Tim is a graduate of Butler University. He continued his education at the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, where he was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review. Tim joined Richards, Boje, Pickering, Benner & Becker in 2005 as a law clerk and began full-time as an attorney upon his admission to the Indiana Bar in 2006. Tim focuses his practice primarily in the areas of criminal defense and juvenile delinquency matters, including DUI/OWI defense, felony and misdemeanor offenses, suppression hearings, and property offenses. He also serves as a public defender for juveniles and adults through contracts with Hamilton County courts. In addition, he practices in personal injury, family law, estate planning, and other civil matters.
