About Timothy

Timothy M. Walsh graduated with honors from Syracuse University College of Law, specializing in Constitutional law and civil rights. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Nathan Dumm & Mayer, Tim had a career in law enforcement, serving in patrol and investigations, as a SWAT Operator and Sniper, and a use of force instructor. He retired as Professional Standards Commander. His practice focuses on representing governmental entities in civil rights lawsuits, employment-related claims, and insurance defense litigation.
