Timothy R. Cisar

Timothy R. Cisar was born in San Antonio, Texas, on February 4, 1957. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1983. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1979 and his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1983. He served as Municipal Judge for Lake Ozark, Missouri (1985-89) and Eldon, Missouri (2003-2013).
