Timothy S. Babiarz is a lawyer with over two decades of experience in personal injury and insurance law cases. He is a member of the Georgia and Florida Bars. He received an 'A' rating in personal injury law from Martindale-Hubbell and a Bronze Eagle Award from the Florida Justice Association in 2004. He earned his B.A. from Presbyterian College in 1989 and his J.D. from Georgia State University in 1994. He has tried jury trial cases in Sumter, Lake and Marion Counties and has a proven track record of success in civil appeals.
