Timothy W. Hudson was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1981 and in Virginia in 1983. Since 1985, he has represented clients in both Bristol, Tennessee, and Bristol, Virginia, as well as other State and Federal courts in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. He is well-respected among other attorneys and the courts, and many clients come from referrals by his colleagues. He focuses on divorce and family law, criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, disability, and compensation cases, including catastrophic vehicle accidents. Mr. Hudson has also handled many criminal and civil appeals and has special knowledge in military divorces, having served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) trying courts-martial. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
