About Tina

Tina Eshghieh is a Partner, and head of the workers’ compensation litigation department at Arash Law, specializing in complex and catastrophic injury cases. She has recovered over $50 million for injured workers. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She has been named a “Southern California Super Lawyers: Rising Star” from 2018-2023.
