Tina Odjaghian is a renowned Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) litigator specializing in complex brain injury mechanisms, particularly those in the workplace. She has over two decades of experience and success in worker’s compensation litigation, securing multiple record-breaking settlements, including a $5.7 million settlement for a contested stroke case. Ms. Odjaghian is deeply involved in the brain injury community, serving on the UCLA Department of Neurosurgery and Neurosciences board and the Armenian Bar Association's Board of Governors and Judicial Evaluation Committee. She founded Brain SoCal, a nonprofit dedicated to educating professionals and supporting brain-injured individuals.
