Mr. Turner is a third-generation attorney with a natural gift for advocacy and problem-solving. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the state of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all federal districts in Texas, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. His practice focuses on business disputes, fiduciary litigation, and transactions. Mr. Turner's practice focuses on litigation, transactional, and appellate work in a variety of matters including business disputes and torts, employment, professional negligence, fiduciary liability, construction, real estate, and insurance.
