TL Popejoy is Of Counsel to the firm and practices out of our New York office. He focuses on antitrust, whistleblower, derivative, and securities litigation involving complex financial products. Mr. Popejoy joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining KM, Mr. Popejoy practiced as an attorney at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and a startup litigation boutique, where he worked on high-profile cases involving complex financial products in large antitrust class actions, contract disputes, and numerous FINRA and SEC investigations.
