About Tod

Tod Melton focuses his trial practice on medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury litigation in northern and central Illinois and eastern Iowa. He has achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts in multiple counties. Prior to 1998, Mr. Melton represented defendants in product liability cases, construction accident cases and motor vehicle collision cases, throughout the northern half of Illinois. Mr. Melton also has substantial experience in business litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
